Lamborghini Sesto Elemento!!


The Lamborghini Sesto Elemento (“Sixth Element” in Italian), is a 2-door coupe Sports car with a 5.2L, V10  high-performance lightweight(Engine), a limited edition car produced by Italian automaker Lamborghini, assembled at Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy which debuted at the 2010 Paris Motor Show. The Sesto Elemento’s name is a reference to the atomic number of carbon, in recognition of the car’s extensive use of carbon fiber.

Equipped with a 6-speed paddle-shift, semi-automatic transmission and all-wheel-drive system, mated to a 5.2-liter V10 engine borrowed from the Lamborghini Gallardo. The chassis, body, drive shaft and suspension components are made of carbon fiber, reducing the overall weight to a mere 999 kilograms (2,200 lb.), a weight comparable to subcompacts such as a fit. It is the lightest car Lamborghini has ever produced. Lamborghini announced plans to make 20 Sesto Elementos for track use only in mid-2013. They have been sold out. The Concept was displayed at the 2010 Paris Motor Show. It will get the 570hp engine from the LP 570-4 along with the same bodywork from the concept car. A number of modifications will ensure that the car conforms to basic road safety guidelines. Only 20 of this Sports Car were produced in 2012. Lamborghini sources said “That they will sell it in very small numbers in 2013. This Sports Car is currently valued at $2.2million.
